Summary

  • version curated user-authored Hermes skills and SGG automation source
  • keep credentials, databases, sessions, logs, cron state, and compiled artifacts local
  • add a Studio-only, idempotent installer with collision-safe adoption and cron reconciliation
  • compile the EventKit Calendar collector locally during restore

Verification

Ad-hoc verification (the repository has no canonical suite for this behavior):

  • fresh isolated Hermes home and idempotent rerun
  • cron create/update with all declarative fields checked
  • Swift Calendar collector compilation
  • all 10 local skills discovered by the Hermes CLI
  • non-identical and foreign-link collisions refused
  • identical-directory adoption backed up
  • Hermes support tree excluded from Stow
  • current authored skill snapshot checksum-matched before commit
