Summary

• Extends the worktrunk skill with a new "Wrapping Up" section that teaches agents the full PR lifecycle: forge detection, pre-flight checks, push, PR creation (GitHub via gh, Forgejo via tea), description filling via update-pr-description, and post-merge wt remove cleanup.
• Updates wt merge guidance in both the Core Commands table and Agent Best Practices to note it's for local-only repos — remote repos should use the PR flow instead.
• Adds a brief mention in AGENTS.md Worktrunk section pointing agents to the new wrap-up flow.

• dot-config/opencode/skills/worktrunk/SKILL.md — New "Wrapping Up" section (8 steps + edge cases table), updated wt merge references
• dot-config/opencode/AGENTS.md — Added **Wrapping up:** pointer in Worktrunk section
