• add the newly authored local Apple Mail skill to the Git-backed Hermes set
• include its tested AppleScript recipes
• extend the explicit recovery manifest to 11 custom skills

Verification

Ad-hoc: source checksum match, credential-pattern scan, fresh 11-skill restore/discovery, idempotent rerun, and identical-directory adoption with backup.
