Summary

  • distinguish private ticket/vault workspaces from verified implementation repositories
  • keep issue-work state private while implementation worktrees, reviews, and PRs stay in the implementation repository
  • preserve legacy same-repository handoffs while failing closed on ambiguous cross-forge or cross-repository identity
  • prevent private ticket identifiers from leaking through branch names, review metadata, or PR content
  • validate ticket-state and implementation-worktree authority before mandatory pre-PR review

  • python3 -m unittest dot-agents/skills/issue-work/tests/test_select_issue_worker.py dot-agents/skills/issue-work/tests/test_validate_cross_repo_context.py (23 passed)
  • python3.14 -m unittest tests/test-adapted-agent-skills.py (72 passed)
