Summary

  • make visible, ticket-backed Claude handoffs through Herdr the automatic issue-work route
  • support explicitly selected Hermes workers in the same visible Herdr workflow
  • make Qwen and background Claude wrappers explicit-request-only
  • persist full Herdr and worktree identity so review corrections resume the exact worker
  • require a fresh, distinct visible Claude to complete exact-candidate pr-self-review before issue-work may ship
  • fail closed on stale reviewer/candidate/context artifacts and preserve correction routing to the original implementation worker
  • explicitly prohibit destructive/history-rewriting Git and local ref/branch deletion in worker handoffs
