• run Obsidian Headless Sync as managed launchd services on Studio and MBP
• exclude desktop core-plugin activation while retaining shared plugin data
• add conservative Studio-only nightly Git snapshots with integration coverage
• document the service architecture and host responsibilities

Validation

• nix flake check
• Darwin builds for studio and mbp
• 8 vault backup integration tests
• live Headless Sync verified fully synchronized on Studio and MBP
• controlled Studio backup committed and pushed successfully

Configure Studio and MBP for continuous vault synchronization, and add a guarded nightly Git snapshot service on Studio with tests and migration documentation.

fix(obsidian): isolate core plugin sync ... c3e6c09722

Require Headless Sync clients to exclude the core-plugin category, monitor the setting while syncing, and document the device-specific setup that keeps phone Sync enabled.
